Forestry Equipment Guide
Two separate vehicle fires cause massive delays for the morning commute on Interstate 476 southbound on Tuesday.
It began with a crane fire around 6:15 a.m. near Route 3.
The vehicle was off to the shoulder, but crews eventually had to shut down all lanes to fight the blaze.
Then, less than an hour later, an SUV erupted into flames on the highway near St. Davids.
The view from Chopper 6 HD showed the vehicle fully engulfed in flames.
There was no word on any injuries, or the cause of either fire.
